Project Polaris / VoLTE Partners is operated by Sebastian Hunter Holdings Limited in relation to VoLTE Mobile and its strategic, corporate and investor-partnership activities.

Sebastian Hunter Holdings Limited is a company operating under the laws of Jamaica, with registered office at 5 Fort George Road, Stony Hill, Kingston 9, St. Andrew, Jamaica.

By accessing or using Polaris, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Additional agreements may apply to approved investors, strategic partners or other authorised participants. Where a separately executed agreement governs a particular transaction or relationship, that agreement controls that transaction or relationship to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms.

Public information may be viewed without an approved account. Polaris Private is restricted to users whose access has been authorised.

Submitting an access request does not create a right to access Polaris Private, establish a partnership, create an investment relationship or create any legal or beneficial ownership interest.

The public Polaris website is provided for corporate, strategic and informational purposes. Public content does not constitute an offer, invitation or solicitation to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire securities.

No securities may be subscribed for or purchased through the public pages of Polaris.

Any securities transaction, if made available, will be subject to separate controlling documentation, eligibility requirements, corporate approvals and applicable regulatory requirements.

Approved users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their authentication credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

You must not share private access with an unauthorised person, attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

Polaris may contain corporate strategy, management assessments, operating information, platform-status information, financial information, investment-related information and forward-looking statements.

You may use Polaris only for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or managing an authorised relationship with Sebastian Hunter Holdings Limited or VoLTE Mobile.

Private or restricted materials may not be copied, republished, distributed or disclosed to unauthorised persons except with written permission or where disclosure is required by law.

Information on Polaris does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances before making a legally or financially significant decision.

Unless otherwise identified, the platform, its design, software, written materials, graphics, operating concepts, brand elements, proprietary presentations and related content are owned by or lawfully used by Sebastian Hunter Holdings Limited, VoLTE Mobile or the applicable rights holder.

Access to Polaris does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or grant a licence beyond the limited right necessary to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Polaris relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers for functions such as authentication, databases, hosting and connected services. Availability may therefore be affected by systems outside our direct control.

You consent to receiving platform-related communications electronically where appropriate. Electronic records, acknowledgements and signatures may be used where permitted by applicable law and the relevant controlling agreement.

No electronic interaction with general Polaris content will by itself create a share subscription, allotment, issuance or legal ownership interest. Any such legal effect must arise from the applicable authorised process and controlling records.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, enforce access controls, respond to security concerns or administer the status of an approved relationship.

We seek to maintain accurate and current information but do not represent that every item will be complete, error-free or continuously available.

Where Polaris displays information sourced from an authoritative corporate, shareholder, accounting or operational system, the underlying authoritative record controls in the event of an inconsistency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Subject to any mandatory legal or contractual process that applies, disputes concerning these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
